    Motivation

    motivation is a definate must when it comes to losing weight. my husband got me up at 4:30am to go to the gym with him before he had to go to work....you see we are on different schedules he works days and I work nights, so when I get off work at 8:00pm I am too wired to go to bed so I dont got to bed till sometimes 12:30am, so I want to sleep in until about 10:00am before I have to go to work......I keep telling myself I will get up and go to the gym early in the morning but when the time comes I seem to stay in bedSleepy. so this morning we both got up and went to the gym and surprisingly I am not too tired....I will probably crash when I go home tonight but otherwise our morning excersise has energized me.Hot

    I'm glad you got a workout in, but I agree with Michelle.  You must get your rest so that your body can recharge.  Make sure you get at least 7-8 hours each night.

    Just make sure you are getting enough sleep - 4 hrs doesn't sound like much!  It's important to get your body into a routine with regular waking and sleeping times, even on the weekends.

    That is cool!! You might be better off trying it that way if it is workin.  Good luck this week!!
