    Dehydration Sucks

    So yesterday was not a good day, I took adam to work like I do every sunday and was feeling fine went back home got a few more hours of sleep, had breakfast and lunch and was still feeling fine until about 2 o'clock when i started getting these sharp pains in my chest and back, I picked up adam from work at 3 and was in pain all the way there....I thought I was going to die.....I told adam I need to go to urgent care because it was so bad.......2 hours later the dr comes back in and says I was dehydrated......I so thought I was doing the right thing and drinking plenty of water but I guess one day of not staying hydrated after working out the day before is not good. I definatley learned my lesson.

    It's a good thing you found out the reason behind the pain.  Now you'll know if it happens again.  I hope you're feeling better and getting lots of water in.  :)
